Homes Now Chambers Bridge Project, or HNCBP, is a for-profit corporation and the general partner of the Chambers Bridge Residence. This is a 184-unit apartment building that is restricted to house low-income seniors and it also provides housing for 24 developmentally disabled individuals in eight 3-bedroom apartments, which are leased to the ARC of Ocean County. There is 100% occupancy and a waiting list. Planned activities, services, and a variety of amenities including a gym and library are provided for the benefit of all the residents.
Homes Now provides special needs housing for seniors and physically and developmentally disabled individuals who require accessibility modification and locally provide support services to live independently in the community.
Homes Now Chambers Bridge is affordable independent living within walking distance to major shopping centers at the Jersey Shore.
This project received more than $20 million in tax credits and balanced housing funds.
