The Donal Kemper Complex is a group home complex, located on a private cul-de-sac in Brick Township, offering four bedroom group homes for developmentally disabled ARC residents. Each resident has their own bedroom and share a dining room, kitchen, and deck. There are two handicapped accessible bathrooms in each home to accommodate wheelchairs and hospital beds. There is also medical staff on site at the Donal Kemper Complex 24 hours a day.
