The Donal Kemper Complex is a group home complex, located on a private cul-de-sac in Brick Township, offering four bedroom group homes for developmentally disabled ARC residents. Each resident has their own bedroom and share a dining room, kitchen, and deck. There are two handicapped accessible bathrooms in each home to accommodate wheelchairs and hospital beds. There is also medical staff on site 24 hours a day.
