Homes Now, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation providing affordable housing and services to municipalities throughout the state of New Jersey.
Founded in 1997 by President and CEO Carol A. Wolfe, Homes Now is dedicated to building, rehabilitating, financing and monitoring new and existing deed restricted affordable housing in compliance with each municipality's certified COAH (Council on Affordable Housing) plan.

Carol A. Wolfe has been actively involved in affordable housing since 1987. She was appointed by Governor Christine Todd Whitman and confirmed by the Senate to serve as a member of the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing in 1996 and completed her second term in 2005. She currently serves as a Director for the Affordable Housing Professionals of New Jersey which promotes affordable housing education and advocacy.
Mrs. Wolfe has been recognized for many of her achievements and received various leadership awards and distinguished citizen and service awards. She was named the 2006 Woman of Distinction by the Ocean County Advisory Commission on the Status of Women and received the 2007 Women Helping Women Award by the Southern Ocean County Business and Professional Women.
Mrs. Wolfe has begun to emphasize the importance of teen dating violence awareness and prevention and introduced the Loves Me, Loves Me Not: Building Healthy Relationships Curriculum to schools throughout Ocean County. She also led a statewide campaign in 2010 to all New Jersey legislators to support Bill No. A1329 which mandates every New Jersey School District to adopt a policy of addressing and preventing dating violence. |
