Victorian Gardens is an 81-unit apartment complex in the Township of Brick offering 16 two and three bedroom apartments for low and moderate income families through the Township's Affordable Housing Program. The affordable units are scattered among three buildings, all of which contain a full service laundry room in each building. This two story complex also offers an on-site children's playground and picnic area for outdoor activities. The apartments are conveniently located within walking distance of major shopping centers and commuters enjoy easy access to the Garden State Parkway.

Homes Now Chambers Bridge Project, or HNCBP, is a for-profit corporation and the general partner of the Chambers Bridge Urban Renewal Housing, L.P. a 184-unit apartment building that is restricted to house low-income seniors and disabled individuals. The complex also houses 24 developmentally disabled individuals in eight 3-bedroom apartments, which are leased to the ARC of Ocean County. There is 100% occupancy and a waiting list. Planned activities, services, and a variety of amenities including a gym and library are provided for the benefit of all the residents.
The Chambers Bridge Residence offers affordable, independent living within walking distance to major shopping centers at the Jersey Shore.
This project received more than $20 million in tax credits and balanced housing funds.

Bancroft Neurohealth

Homes Now, Inc. aided in the construction and financing of Bancroft NeuroHealth, located in Brick, NJ. This project provides housing and/or services to adults with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Medical staff is available on site and the services are both center and community-based and provide a range of instructional and therapeutic activities for these individuals. There is also an employment program for clients which facilitates job search and ensures they are maintaining their employment.
Bancroft NeuroHealth further provides off-premises training and education programs.

The Donal T. Kemper Complex is a group home complex located on a private cul-de-sac in the Township of Brick, offering four bedroom group homes for developmentally disabled ARC residents. Each resident has their own bedroom and share a dining room, kitchen, and deck. There are two handicapped accessible bathrooms in each home to accommodate wheelchairs and hospital beds. There is also medical staff on site at the Donal T. Kemper Complex 24 hours a day.
